Official Rules: Lucky Joe's Mini Giveaways

Last revised October 18, 2026. Method E (free sign-up entry) added; it applies to Mini Giveaways whose Entry Periods open on or after October 19, 2026.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

These Official Rules govern every "Mini Giveaway" (also called a "Bonus Prize Giveaway") offered by Lucky Joe's Garage LLC, including those listed in Schedule A. Each Mini Giveaway is a separate sweepstakes with its own Entry Period, prize and drawing. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Mini Giveaways.

The Mini Giveaways are separate from, and not part of, any sweepstakes sponsored by Shared Sweeps LLC, including the Lucky Joe's Giveaway #11 grand prize sweepstakes. Entries in one do not count toward the other, except as the official rules of each expressly state.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry (19 or older in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 or older in Mississippi). Void outside the United States and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Not eligible:

Employees, officers, directors, contractors and agents of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries.
Employees of Sponsor's advertising, promotion, fulfillment and prize-supplier agencies (together with Sponsor, the "Promotion Parties").
Immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children and their spouses) and household members of any of the above, whether related or not.

All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

3. Entry Periods

Each Mini Giveaway has its own Entry Period. It starts and ends on the dates and times listed in Schedule A and on the promotion page at luckyjoesgarage.com where it is advertised (the "Promotion Page"). All times are Pacific Time (PT). Sponsor's computer is the official clock. If Schedule A and the Promotion Page differ, Schedule A controls. Once a Mini Giveaway's Entry Period has opened, Sponsor will not shorten it, change its prize, or change the number of Bonus Entries available by any method, except as described in Section 9.

4. How to Enter

There are five ways to receive entries ("Bonus Entries"). Each Bonus Entry received during an open Entry Period is entered into every Mini Giveaway whose Entry Period is open at that time. Bonus Entries do not carry over into Mini Giveaways that start later, except as methods C and E describe, and are not entries into any Shared Sweeps sweepstakes.

A. With a qualifying purchase. Buy a product on luckyjoesgarage.com that lists Bonus Entries in its title or on the Promotion Page during an open Entry Period. You receive the number of Bonus Entries stated there, credited to the email address on the order. The lowest-priced qualifying product includes 200,000 Bonus Entries. If an order is cancelled, refunded, returned or charged back, its Bonus Entries are void.

B. Free mail-in entry (no purchase). On a plain 4" x 6" postcard (no envelopes), handprint your first and last name, mailing address, email address and phone number. Mail it to: Lucky Joe's Mini Giveaways, Free Entry, 3128 Ortega Dr, Tallahassee, FL 32312. Each valid postcard earns 200,000 Bonus Entries. Postcards must be postmarked within an open Entry Period and received within 5 days after it ends; the entries count toward the Mini Giveaways open on the postmark date. Each postcard must be mailed separately; mechanically reproduced, illegible or incomplete postcards are void.

C. Free account entry (no purchase). Every person with a customer account at luckyjoesgarage.com receives 200,000 Bonus Entries in each Mini Giveaway whose Entry Period is open while the account exists. This includes accounts created during an Entry Period and existing accounts in good standing; no further action is needed. Creating an account is free and requires no purchase. The account email address is the entrant's identity for these entries. Limit one account per person; entries from duplicate, fake or automated accounts are void. Closing an account before a drawing does not remove entries already credited. Accounts can be created at luckyjoesgarage.com/account/login.

D. Gold VIP Membership. Active Gold VIP members receive a fixed grant of 500,000 Bonus Entries on each monthly billing date, credited to every Mini Giveaway whose Entry Period is open on that date. Gold VIP does not multiply, double or otherwise increase Bonus Entries received by any other method. If a membership payment is refunded or charged back, the Bonus Entries from that payment are void. E. Free sign-up entry (no purchase). Sign up with your email address through a Lucky Joe's Garage giveaway sign-up form on luckyjoesgarage.com, such as luckyjoesgarage.com/pages/win-demon. You receive 200,000 Bonus Entries in each Mini Giveaway whose Entry Period is open on the date you sign up or opens after that date. Method E applies only to Mini Giveaways whose Entry Periods open on or after October 19, 2026; it does not add Bonus Entries to any Mini Giveaway whose Entry Period opened before that date. Signing up is free and requires no purchase. The email address you submit is the entrant's identity for these entries. Giving a mobile number or agreeing to receive text messages is optional and is not required to receive these Bonus Entries. Limit one sign-up per person; signing up more than once, or with more than one email address, does not earn additional Bonus Entries, and entries from fake or automated sign-ups are void. Unsubscribing later does not remove Bonus Entries already credited. If you already hold a customer account (method C), method E is in addition to it.

Equal chance. Every Bonus Entry has the same chance of winning, however it was received. Free entries under methods B, C and E receive at least as many Bonus Entries as the lowest-priced qualifying product, and a person may use methods B, C and E in addition to any other method, as many times as method B allows.

Limits. There is no limit on the number of Bonus Entries a person may receive. Entries made with multiple email addresses or identities, bots, scripts or any other automated means are void.

Entrant identity. If there is a dispute over who made an entry, it belongs to the authorized account holder of the email address on the order, postcard or sign-up. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible or postage-due mail, or for technical failures that prevent an entry from being recorded.

5. Prizes

Each Mini Giveaway awards the prize listed in Schedule A, with its approximate retail value ("ARV"). One prize per Mini Giveaway; a person may win more than one Mini Giveaway. Prizes are awarded "as is" and carry only the manufacturer's standard warranty, if any.

Prizes are not transferable. No cash or other substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. Any difference between the ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Brand names are used only to describe prizes; the brand owners are not sponsors (see Section 10).

6. Drawings and Odds

Within 7 days after each Entry Period ends, Sponsor (or an administrator it appoints) will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible Bonus Entries received for that Mini Giveaway. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Bonus Entries received.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners are notified by email, phone or text message using the contact details on their entry. A potential winner must respond within 48 hours of notification.

For prizes with an ARV of $600 or more, the potential winner must also return, within 7 days, an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release (where lawful) and IRS Form W-9.

A potential winner is disqualified, and an alternate may be drawn at random, if they:

don't respond or return the documents on time;
are found ineligible or not in compliance with these rules;
or their prize notification is returned as undeliverable.

Sponsor may draw up to 3 alternates, time permitting.

8. Taxes and Delivery

Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and any costs not listed here. Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099 for prizes with an ARV of $600 or more. Physical prizes ship free to a U.S. street address within about 6 weeks after verification. Cash prizes are paid by PayPal, Venmo, Cash App or wire transfer.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, acts fraudulently or disruptively, or breaks these rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Mini Giveaways or undermine their legitimate operation may violate criminal and civil law. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If a Mini Giveaway cannot run as planned for a reason beyond Sponsor's reasonable control (such as fraud, tampering, technical failure, a virus, natural disaster or government action), Sponsor may suspend or modify it only to the extent needed to address that cause, and will award the prize by random drawing from all eligible entries received before the action. Notice will be posted on the Promotion Page. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of it.

10. Releases and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from any claims, losses or damages arising from participation in a Mini Giveaway or from accepting, using or misusing a prize. This includes the officers, directors, employees and agents of the Promotion Parties, and of Meta Platforms, Inc., Apple Inc., Google LLC, TikTok and any brand whose product is a prize. It covers personal injury, death and property damage.

The Promotion Parties are not responsible for:

incorrect or inaccurate entry information;
human, technical, network, payment-processing or postal errors;
lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries;
unauthorized access to entry data.

The Mini Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Apple, Google, TikTok, Rolex SA, Sony Interactive Entertainment, or any other brand named as a prize. Rolex®, AirPods Max® and PlayStation® are trademarks of their respective owners.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, accepting a prize grants Sponsor permission to use the winner's name, city, state, photo, likeness, voice and statements about the promotion for advertising and publicity. The permission covers any media, without further notice or compensation.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used to run the Mini Giveaways and in line with Sponsor's privacy policy at luckyjoesgarage.com/policies/privacy-policy. Entering by methods A through D does not by itself sign you up for marketing messages. Entering by method E signs you up for Sponsor's marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time; Sponsor sends text messages only if you separately agree to receive them.

13. Disputes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to the following:

Any dispute arising from the Mini Giveaways is resolved individually, without any class action.
Disputes go exclusively to the state or federal courts located in Leon County, Florida.
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs of entering, excluding attorneys' fees. Entrants waive any right to punitive, incidental or consequential damages.

14. Winners List

Winners are posted at luckyjoesgarage.com/pages/winners-circle. To receive a winners list by mail, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Lucky Joe's Mini Giveaways, Winners List, 3128 Ortega Dr, Tallahassee, FL 32312, within 90 days after the Mini Giveaway's drawing date.

Schedule A: Current Mini Giveaways

Four Mini Giveaways run with Giveaway #11. Each ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on the date shown, and each draws within 7 days of its end. All four opened before October 19, 2026, so method E Bonus Entries do not apply to them; method E applies to Mini Giveaways added to this schedule with an Entry Period that opens on or after that date.
